  • Description:

A deactivated full and semi auto AR-10 Armalite.  This rifle is one of the rifles licensed to be built by the Dutch arsenal Inrichtigen in the late 1950's.  There were very limited sales for the Dutch built rifles. Serial # 001135 was originally in England (BNP English proofs) and was one of a very small lot imported into Canada.  The status of this rifle is now a deactivated non gun.  This rifle remains in excellent condition with all original finish with excellent markings.  The stock remains in excellent condition showing remnants of a painted unit or group marking.  A very scarce rifle at the very start of the family of AR military, police and sporting rifles.  Very few of these early AR's have appeared on the Canadian market and very little information is available.  An excellent example of a Dewat AR that is not subject to license restrictions.
