  SN7659 S is a late war circa 1944 P-38 pistol.  This example is all matching and shows a bright, very good to excellent bore.  The finish rates at 95% plus with slight edge holster wear and a brighter forestrap.  All matching Waffen 88 acceptance marks.  The slide shows late war tool marks with a former owner's name "Allan" lightly scratched on the right side.  Excellent original grip panels and original paint on the S&F safety stamps.  A nice clean example.  (Restricted Status)
