    WA 4567 is a 1941 dated Russian Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant Dragoon rifle rebuilt into a sniper/target rifle.  This 7.62 X54 R rifle shows a 28.75" barrel with both sights removed and showing a bright excellent bore.  At some point, some one customized this rifle with the mounting of a modern synthetic stock.  A modified bolt handle was installed as well as a modern scope rail.  A Bushnell Elite 3200, 3 by 9X40 variable scope with excellent optics was mounted.  A modern customized Nagant rifle.
