  NSN a sound example of a Cooey Canuck built and marked Eatonia 25 caliber.  This one of the "takedown screw only" rifles built in the late 1920's.  Steel butt plate ,18" barrel with bright practically smooth bore with little trace of rifling.  The metal shows a smooth brown finish overall.  Sound bolt with small round knob.  The wood is original and sound showing obvious usage.  See page 12 and 18 of "Cooey Firearms made in Canada 1919-1979".  An example of a 25 caliber Canuck.
