  This barrel is 25 and commercial proof marked. The receiver ring shows patent mark. The barrel is 36 1/2" with a bright very good to excellent bore, front sight, rear sight base and stripped receiver. A barrel for the rebuilder/shooter marked U681 on the right side, this may have been one of the commerical foreign military sale Sniders, possibly Portugal. Antique
