  SN 89515 is a Colt New Service in 45 Long Colt that was built in 1915.  This example probably saw service during WW1.  This piece was refinshed at some point.  The frame shows an English view proof.  The frame was mounted with a lanyard swivel(now removed). This revolver was probably an officer purchase in WW1.  At some point this Colt was totally refinished with later Colt grips installed.  This revolver shows a bright excellent bore and cylinders.  The action is tight and smooth.  This revolver should be an excellent shooter.  Restricted.
