  An excellent example of a deactivated New Army Model 1903, built in 1904.  This example was deactivated to the legal standards for the prior owner.  This colt shows 98% of it's original factory blue and appears to have seen little if any actual usage.  An excellent deactivated display piece, not subject to licence to purchase or own.  Ref. see page 339 of "The Book of Colt Firearms" by Sutherland.  Deactivated.
