• Description:

  WW Greener 12 gauge hammer shotgun grade A 9.  This piece shows 30.25" steel barrels nitro proofed, 12 gauge full and full choke and 3" chambers.  The bores are bright but show scattered corrosion.  The barrels show an overall even brown petina with some slight staining but no pitting.  All markings are clear and crisp with the London and Birmingham address on the rib.  All seams are tight and sound.  The action is tight with no play.  The locks and hammers are all original.  The locks are plain showing the WW Greener name. The wood is dark English walnut, no cracks, breaks or repairs, nice checkering on the pistol grip with some usage wear on the forestock. The butt plate is original horn.  The LOP is 14 1/2" .A classic grade 9A Greener shotgun for the collector.  This model appears to be relatively scarce compared to most Greener shotguns on the market.
