• Description:

  SN M7606 is a Chinese model short rifle.  The receiver ring shows the bow and arrow marking along with the swastika and Chiang Kai Shek markings.  The markings are found on short Mausers of the North China Army dated 1935.  Matching barrel and receiver but bolt is numbered 43294.  This piece is in 7.92 x 57 caliber with the bore rating as corroded rifling.  The wood is sound showing obvious usage but clear markings on the right side of the butt.  The example was probably produced in China and issued to the North China Army.  Not a common piece in the Canadian market.  Non restricted
