  This antique percussion rifle shows a 39 3/4" octagon rifle, approx 54 caliber, with bore that remains in shootable condition showing sound rifling.  Both original sights remain in place.  This rifle was originally built as a flintlock and later converted to a percussion.  All the brass fixtures are original including the still functioning patch box and a working set trigger.  This antique shows excellent grain except for last 4" adjoininng nose cap.  This area shows an old probably period repair.  A shootable antique with very attractive overall wood grain.  Antique not subject to current regulations.
