• Description:

  A scarce Canada Militia 1854 pattern infantry officers sword.  The right side of the blade shows Canada Militia with the beaver in the center.  The left side shows the VR Royal Cypher and the maker name. marked on the ricasso is Firmin & Sons,153 Strand and 13 Conduits T. London.  The blade remains in very good plus condition with very clear markings.  The brass guard, and fish skin grip remain in very good to excellent condition.  The scabbard remains in sound used condition with the original hangers in place.  A great sword for the Canadian, Militaria or sword collector.
