  Canadian built and issued pair of artic mulkuls.  Size 9 med.  This pair comes with the double wool duffle sock liner.  The overall condition rates very good to excellent.  The liner is size 10 and fits perfectly.  The ideal winter boots to be warm when facing our Canadian winters.  One pair only.  This pair shows all the original tags.  Size 9 and were built in 1996.
