  SN 48L9604 is a 1943 production No 4MKI*  showing a C broad arrow on top of the breach and a regulated by Fulton marking.  The rear sight was made by Parker Hale.  This rifle is all matching and shows a O marked bolt head.  The rifle shows a bright excellent plus bore.  The wood is Canadian marked and original to the rifle.  This item was purchased by the former owner from the son of a WW2 sniper who saw service in WW2 and Korea.  We are attempting to identify this individual and if successful we shall provide their name.
