  SN 08699RR226 is a Delux Browning BL-22 Grade 11 Classic 22.  This Japanese built rifle shows engraving on the frame, gold plated trigger and checkered high grade wood.  This piece comes in it's original box and shows 99% of it's factory finish metal and wood.  A Grade 2 example built in Japan for Browning by Miroku.  An excellent example with a few minor storage marks.  Non restricted.
