  We are pleased to offer a relatively scarce modern Browning Single Shot rifle.  This piece is a Model B-78 in 45-70 caliber.  There were only 3839 of these built with the probability that relatively few were sold in Canada.  This rifle was built in 1977 and remains in excellent plus original condition.  This piece shows a 24" barrel with a bright excellent bore.  The barrel shows original sights (only mounted on the 45-70 cal) and factory taping for scope mounts.  The barrel shows 98% original blue with a minor finish blemish a head of the frame. The metal shows 98% overall finish.  The wood 98% finish with a few minor storage marks .  An overall excellent and uncommon piece for the Browning or single shot fan.
