This pair of naval glasses was patented in 1934 and was used by the Royal and other commonwealth navies up to the era of the Falkland's war in 1982. The CF41 binoculars were fitted with compressed dry air, not nitrogen. This pair shows 7X power, SN 68154 and marked AP no 1900A. They were issued to other military units and air patrol when Germany bombed British cities. This pair comes with it's original leather case. The glasses show a leather strap. An item for the binocular or British military collection.
