• Description:

  Antique Martini MK 4 rifle(B pattern).  This example shows a bright bore with sound rifling.  The rifle shows most of the original markings from time of production and British military service.  Many of the British military markings were scrubbed from the receiver when the gun was sold or transferred to a foreign military unit (India & Nepal).  Total production of the MK 4 Martinis was 35,344(16,203 [1888}, 19,141[1889]).  The total of Martini's 1 to IV was only 100,001.  This example is mechanically sound and is all orginal.  This piece shows the Nepalese markings.  A sound example for the collector.  Antique
