British Martini Henry Bayonet Circa 1876

  This bayonet appears to be for the Martini Hanry rifle circa 1877.  The dimensions appear to be this pattern of bayonet. See item "874, " Bayonets of the World" by Kiesling.  British proofed, overall condition is spotted but appears to be cleanable.  The overall configeration shows that this bayonet does not fit a Snider.  It does appear to fit all of the dimentions as noted in the above reference.
