  Tel Stg No71 MKI O.S.3781A is a sight for artillery.  The sight is basically the same configuration as the No32 MKII sight as mounted on the WW2 No 4T sniper rifles.  This sight was probably mounted on smaller artillery pieces.  Some of the parts may interchange with the No 32 rifle scope.
