• Description:

  This antique Tower built pistol shows the waterproof pan and safety bolt lock.  All markings are clear and crisp.  This piece shows the furrel to help hold the rammer in place as well as showing a marked side plate 2nd T-05.  The trigger guard is engraved WYC. This may stand for the Westmorland Yeomanry Cavalry, although further research may indicate another unit.  A complete pistol as built and issued with a sound bore.  Wellington's light cavalry used sinilar pistols throughout the Napoleonic War.
