1856/58 sword bayonet with spring secured by a screw. This bayonet was built for rifle regiments and sergeants. This example shows a 22 3/4" Yataghan blade with unit markings 9.369. The bayonet comes with the correct scabbard. The fittings show some light pitting, especially on the scabbard. A sound example for the Enfield 1860/Snider rifle.
