• Description:

  SN 4781 is a Belgium built 12 gauge shotgun.  This example is marked Dominion as a trade model name.(Sales in Canada).  This example shows bright to excellent plus bores,  21/2" chambers, choked improved and  modified and improved cylinder.  The barrels show excellent rib and stampings.  There are some small scattered spots of pitting created by poor storage.  The action and locks are very sound.  Original hammers remain in place.  Strong crisp action.  The wood is original and overall very sound.  This example was probably built early circa 1900-1910.  A very sound old hammer gun with a tight action and fit.
