Antique Revolver Case for a Colt

• Description:

  European box modified for a Colt Pocket or belt percussion revolver.  The case appears to be one from France or some other European country.  It would appear to have been modified to take a 5" or 4 1/2" percussion Colt.  The box remains in sound condition.  This box came without a revolver but with an original Colt patten mold with clean cavities and working spur cutter and a trace of blue but overall sound condition.  Also included is an eagle flask for a small bore revolver. This flask shows a rusted but sound spring, minor denting and clear markings and sound seams.  Also included is a wood cape box with an Eley top label but no side wrap.  The original key remains with the box.  An interesting item for an English or European sourced Colt percussion revolver.
