  Remington Rolling Block antique action.  This action shows the 1864/66 dates on the top of the tang.  This was basically the post civil war conversion action in various calibers built in the 1860's-1870's.  The action is complete other than the main spring.  The item shows overall light pitting.  An action for the rebuilder of single shot rifles.  Antique status.
