• Description:

  Antique percussion single shot shotgun.  This piece shows a sound working back action lock.  The barrel is octagon to round 37 1/2".  The barrel shows a silver/grey Damascus finish which remains in excellent overall condition.  The stock shows old checkering and extended barrel tang of 4 1/2".  The stock needs a small sliver repair at nose(right side).  This attractive piece needs a nipple and improved or replaced rod.  We have not identified country of origin.  With a little work this piece can be restored to be a very attractive percussion fowling piece circa 1860.  No PAL required to purchase or own .
