  SN 9424 is the matching number on this German Model 71 single shot carbine.  This example shows the forewood cutback as were the majority of these carbines.  This piece shows a reblued barrel and fixtures.  The butt shows an issue 6.D.5 20 on the buttplate which would indicate the 6th Dragoons.  This carbine shows a bright, shootable bore in 11 mm (43 Mauser caliber).
