• Description:

  SN B525 is a commerical Martini Henry 577/450 caliber rifle.  The barrel shows the BSA logo on the Knox form and is marked "Birmingham Small Arms & Metal Co Limited".  There apears to be no military marks or proofs and shows the "25" commerical code.  The bore shows bright very good to excellent rifling.  This piece was built as a commerical gun for the civilian military match shooting in the Victorian era.  Sound action and original leather sling.  C D on the action was probably the initials of a former owner.
