• Description:

  SN 487 is an antique Nagant revovler built to take the 9mm Nagant rimmed cartridge.  This antique revolver was one of the first 500 built for the Belgian military.  The earlier revolvers showed the cylinder with the enclosed flutes.  This example is classified  as an antique under the Canadian law.  This piece shows a bright very good bore with strong rifling.  The action works in both single and double action.  All matching 437 serial parts.  The left side of the frame show a WW2 serial number as applied by the RCMP.  This revolver shows no original finish, sound very good grips and no lanyard loop.  A relative scarce revolver being one of the first 500 produced and showing the original cylinder design.  Antique status.
