2 Savage Pre War Model 29A Pump Rifles

• Description:

  This is a lot of 2 Savage Pre War Model 29A pump action rifles.  PLEASE NOTE: These are being sold AS IS with no returns. They have problems, are missing parts, do not work and/or are very well used.  We are selling these for parts or projects.  Please look carefully at the photos and/or ask questions prior to purchase. SN 45377L is chambered in 22 S L & LR.  Barrel is 24" with an excellent, bright strong bore.  Metal surfaces have worn to mostly a gun metal gray with oxidation and impact marks.  Stock and forend are pre war (checkered) with the points worn smooth.  A 2" section of the butt near the wrist is missing.  Magazine tube and bolt assembly are missing; there may be other internal parts missing as well. SN 56751L is chambered in 22 S L & LR.  Barrel is 24" with a near excellent, bright strong bore.  Metal surfaces are blued and starting to turn to a plum patina, especially on the receiver.   Coverage is about 85-90% with some freckling, light oxidation and scratches.  Stock and forend are also pre war checkered and feature a glossy added coat of varnish with some age checking on the right side of the butt.  The bolt assembly is missing and other internal parts may also be absent.
