  This piece is a Philippine Bolo (Long Knife).  This bolo shows a typical 14" blade and is mounted with a wood handle in the arm & fist configeration.  This piece rides in a carved wood scabbard marked Philippines and the carved G A and B.  The toe is carved  victory 1945.  Probably the GA & B are the initials of a military person stationed in the Philippines after the Japanese defeat.  A less than common piece of WW11 memorabilia to be found in Canada.
