U.S. M1917 Bayonet Canadian WW2 Issue

  Canadian issue WWII bayonet built by Remington 9/1917.  This bayonet is of the same configuration as the British No 3 Pattern 13.  This example is marked with the Canadian C broad arrow.  Canada obtained a number of US 1917 rifles in 30-06 which were issued in Canada primarily for guard usage.  These rifles and bayonets were mostly issued to the RCAF for the above purpose .  An excellent example .  The right grip panel also shows circle W indicating usage for the Winchester 1917 which were also acquired.
