  SN 11305A is a sporterized No 4 MK 1/2 FTR by Fazakerley 1954.  This rifle was sold as a sporterized military rifle in the 1960's.  Factory crowned barrel shortened to 23 3/4" showing a bright very good to excellent bore.  This rifle shows a matching bolt and scope holes drilled on the receiver and bridge for a scope mount.  This rifle was probably sporterized in England and exported.  An inexpensive 303 sporter.
