A pair of German flint lock pistols circa 1730.  Built and marked to Fromery Berlin.  This pair of holster pistols show an overall length of 19 1/2".  The step-down barrels are 52 caliber and show a length of 12 3/4". These pistols are all iron mounted.  Both locks show the makers name and address.  Both show all the original lock parts and are mechancially sound and function correctly.  Both pistols show spots of corrosion and scattered light pitting which is not unusual for items of this age.  These pistols are in European walnut.  A very good pair of working flintlock pistols from the early 18th Century.
