    A Dixon 19th century single flute flask with the improved patent enclosed spring charger (see pages 214 &289 of "The Powder flask Book" by Riling).  The charger shows a Birmingham address and not the normal Sheffield Dixon address.  The copper body rates very good to excellent, sound charger and spring. A less common Dixon powder flask.
