• Description:

  A custom built Husqvarna rifle built on the HVA Mauser action for the prior owner.  Caliber is 7 X 57 mm Mauser (One of the best all round sporting rounds ever developed).  See "Cartridges of the World".  The barrel is a 22" tapered barrel built by the well known G.R. Douglas.  The action is marked HVA made in Sweden.  The bolt is jeweled with a thin swept bolt handle.  The action is mounted on a custom stock with Schnabel forend and cheek piece.  The rifle is mounted with a Leupold M8-3X scope with clear optics. This unit weighs 6.8 pounds unloaded.  An excellent custom rifle from the 1954 to 1972 era.  A quality rifle for the serious hunter.
