  SN 42037 is a late 1918 production of the 1902 Military Pistol in 38 auto.  These are relatively scarce as the demand for the same was superseeded by the Colt 1911 production.  This example shows a bright excellent bore.  The finish rates at 95% original blue with clear sharp markings and original grips.  The hammer shows original case color and heat treated blued screws.  A collector grade Colt Automatic Pistol.
