British 1888 Highland Unit Marked bayonet

• Description:

  Pattern 1888 MK 1 2nd type bayonet.  Bright very good blade with few minor spots.  Sound grips shows various inspection dates from 1895 to 1902.  The pommel is unit marked M (Militia) 3. H.L.1. #67.9,the Highland Light Infantry 3rd battalion). Complete with scabbard showing sound leather and stitching.  The chape and locket show overall pitting.  An excellent unit marked bayonet.
