• Description:

  British Pattern 1853 bayonet.  Blade is bright showing light staining, no pitting, socket shows unit marking GT or GF over 2/314 and its' original blue. The scabbard is the intermediate type (1860-1866) with rivets and stud attached to the locket.  The blade shows the E Enfield crown 25 mark.  The leather and stiching are solid WD marked with unpolished brass.
