• Description:

  SN 187281 is a 1901-02 built rifle.  The barrel shows a blue/brown finish with clear markings.   The 44 caliber bore shows light pitting, sound rifling and appears to be quite shootable.  The action is smooth and sound.  The rear sight ears have been ground down.  The buttstock shows the correct shape but is a home made replacement. Not a collector grade example but is probably a good shooter that can be nicely improved.
