  SN C1379 is a 1895 carbine dated 1908.  Reference: See pages 235/236"Mauser Rifles of the World" by Bale. This parts gun shows a bright, excellent bore in the 17 1/2" barrel.  The numbers are matching . Parts needed are bolt and bolt retainer, buttplate and nosecap.  A scarcer Mauser carbine for the rebuilder  Not a common carbine. Non Restricted
