  SN 254830 is a 30-06 Remington Model 721 in 30-06 caliber.  This model was built from 1948 to 1962.  This example shows a bright excellent bore and 85-90% blue.  Most loss is on the trigger guard mag plate.  The receiver shows some light spots of corrosion associated with poor storage.  The barrel shows excellent clear markings.  The wood shows all original finish and a packmayr rubber pad.  This rifle is all original with the exception of the pad and the Marbels rear sight.  A sound vintage bolt gun.
