• Description:

  SN 4CH193 is an early High Power with the frame cut for the shoulder stock( holster).  There were approximately 67000 No 1 pistols built in the CH 20 to 6 CH 6960 serial range.  Ref: "Inglis Diamond" by the late Clive Law.  See pages 100-101.  This pistol shows the smaller font on the 3 matching serials on the barrel, slide and frames.  The example shows the tangent sight and slotted frame  This pistol shows all of its original components. The finish is original Parkerized showing slight edge wear and light oxidization associated with use and holster storage.  The bore rates a bright ,very good plus with strong rifling and a hint of light corression.  Overall finish rates 95%.  The pistol rides in a post WW2 No2 MK2 holster,together with a spare pinned mag and original cleaning rod.  A sound original example of an Inglis High Power Rig.  Restricted status.
