• Description:

  SN A 9283 is a pre war 1932 production No 2 MK 1 service revovler.  This example shows all matching numbers and a bright excellent 380 caliber(38 S&W) bore.  The barrel unit is also dated 1932.  This Enfield shows the crown 1 model and date on the right side of the frame.  The back section of the front sight has been modified which is not uncommon on this model revolver.  This piece is unit marked on the butt, DEP MP 9 (Military Police) struck off and renumbered HQ #25 on the grip disk.  A sound example of Enfield revolver.
