  Canadian 1897 Light Pattern Infantry pattern sword.  This dress or levees sword shows the George V cypher (1910-1936).  Scaled down 29 1/2" blade with the correct plated steel scabbard, this piece is marked to William Scully Ltd.  Montreal. The condition rates overall as excellent .  A slightly less encountered Canadian infantry officer's sword.
