  This is a used Browning BLR Model 81 rifle barrel chambered in 243 Winchester.  Barrel is 20" with a very good bright strong bore with some scattered fine to light pits.  Exterior is blued and retains about 90% original blue with scattered spots of flaked finish and fine rust/pitting in the flaked areas.
