• Description:

  British Navy percussion pistol built and marked Tower 1843.  This is an earlier example with the flat hammer.  The 6" barrel shows an excellent bore and is plugged with grease at the breech end.  6 government proofs and inspector marks on the barrel.  This piece shows its original sash or belt hook and the double ring swivel.  The wood shows expanded grain on the right side and a visable BO arrow and inspector marks. Overall a very good and complete pistol.
