• Description:

  Tower crown GR marked lock on a 9", 67 bore pistol.  This example shows its original flint lock.  The barrel shows light pitting, and crown crossed scepters mark.  Sound original lock, replaced rammer.  The wood is sound showing some older repairs.  This pistol may be one of the pistols as provided to a militia unit or one of the British Allies in the Peninsular campaign or other involvements of that era.  Antique status.
