  This is a unique Canadian item from British Columbia,an I0-Man mess kit from the B.C. Forest Service. This kit is packed in a 12" by 13" by 13 1/2" steel box. The contents are listed on the top cover. We have not counted the items but it appears to be complete with the exception of the tin plates. Some of the pieces are wrapped in a 1964 newspaper. An unusual item which weighs 42 lbs.Two interesting pieces are the two Vancouver built 1 & 2 gal water bags. We have attempted to date the set without success but it appears to be from the 1940's or 50's. A neat piece for the sporting, BC or camping collector.
