  Pair of original English made (Hiatt) ankle cuffs.  Maker marked and best British made.  Overall length 21", chain 12".  These came from a closed out jail or prison in Eastern Canada many years ago.  Complete with key metal shows some light rust spots but no pitting collector grade item.
