• Description:

  SN 68129 is a very scarce if not rare semi-automatic 22 caliber Webley pistol. Reference see pages 186-194 of "Worldwide Webley" by Stephen Cuthbertson.  This example is a 1911 dated 22 LR pistol as developed by Webley for the metropolitan police as a practice pistol.  The action remained open after each shot was fired and ejected.  The next round was then insert.  This example,very good bore, 40% original finish and a small corner missing on the top left grip panel.
